THE GLORIFICATION OF GOD

The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the One and Only, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.” John 1:14

Jesus is the Word of God who became flesh.
He is the Son of God, He was flesh just like us but God is His Father.
When the Holy Spirit came down on Him God showed John the Baptist that He was the Son of God who would baptize people with the Holy Ghost

“The man on whom you see the Spirit come down and remain is he who will baptize with the Holy Spirit.' I have seen and I testify that this is the Son of God.” John 1:33-34

God has a marvelous plan; He wants to have many sons and daughters and through Jesus His firstborn, people can become His children.
They are born of the Spirit, and are being transformed through Him to resemble Christ.

“Because those who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God.” Romans 8:14

 Because you are sons, God sent the Spirit of his Son into our hearts, the Spirit who calls out, “Abba,Father.” Galatians 4:6

 Most of us know that we are His children but we do not comprehend the true meaning of being God's child. So we mostly just live like all the other inhabitants of the earth, focusing on our natural abilities and leaving the spiritual abilities undeveloped.

We never mature to adult sons and daughters of God.
Some do and they have become like the elite in Christ and all the rest are just amazed to see God's glorification through them.
But God did not want an elite division; He wants a great powerful army to glorify His name.

Before I was saved I liked to read the stories about the “gods” of the Greek mythology.
It was rather funny to see how these “gods” behaved like mere human beings.
There was romance, jealousy, death, etc.
Just like modern soap series; “The bold and the beautiful”.

(I do not watch these soaps by the way, I carefully choose what to read and what to watch on tv or in the cinema. Your heart and mind could get polluted with stuff from the devil.)

The sons and daughters of these “gods” however had great power, is it any wonder? Their parents were “gods”. People don't find it strange that sons and daughters of “gods” are powerful.

But when it comes to Christianity, suddenly they think of cute little babies who are carried around the whole time. Or of little children playing all day long leaving the big things to ‘dada'. It's time we woke up and start looking at things the right way.

If God is your Father, then you should resemble Him, in many ways, just like we have our mother's looks or our father's hair or whatever.

“For in Christ all the fullness of the Deity lives in bodily form , and you have been given fullness in Christ, who is the head over every power and authority.
Colossians 2:9-10

God's being has been poured out in us through Christ who gave us His Holy Spirit.
Imagine God, the fullness of the Deity, living in your body.

Little children always dream of being a superhero who flies through the air like superman heroically saving the world.
Well I have good news for all the children of God we don't have to dream about it.
It's a reality; we are supernatural beings, a new creation made by God.

For starters, we posses eternal life. We are healed by His stripes. Al the wonderful Godly things are given to us. Jesus walked on water, God in bodily form. Peter did the same. We are supposed to do all that Jesus has done and even greater things.
Imagine that!

People have to see Jesus when they look at us, they have to see a true son or daughter of the almighty God. Clothed with His power and majesty.

We need to pray and ask God to open up our spiritual eyes to see His fullness that lives in us. If God is in you, you should allow Him to use your body to glorify His name through the manifestation of His mighty Spirit.

Praying in tongues ( speaking in a heavenly language ) is a good way to start walking in the right direction. If you have not received this gift yet, then ask the father for it.
He will freely give it to you.
The Spirit intercedes for us and edifies us when we pray in tongues. You get stronger.

Mere men and women have performed great miracles through Gods Spirit who lives/lived inside their heart.
They are flesh and Spirit just like all sons and daughters of Christ.

What makes them different?
It's their understanding of the reality of being a child of God.
It's knowing that when GOD lives in you in all His Deity, it will have to show.

When Jesus arrived demons and diseases left, the dead came to live and people were saved. Just because He is the Son of God.

We are His sisters and brothers.
We are equally sons and daughters of the Living almighty God!!
Demons should run away when we arrive, people should get healed raised from the death. God needs to be glorified through our bodies.

Are you willing to open your eyes or are you satisfied with what you have seen so far?
It is God who opens up our spiritual eyes if we are willing to see reality.

Let's face reality together and rise up to fight against the forces of evil who have captivated mankind. May God be glorified in us!
