I love to watch the moon at night; it's such a romantic sight.
Many songwriters and poets have written about the beauty of the moon.
King Solomon wrote that his bride was as fair as the moon.
“Who is this that appears like the dawn, fair as the moon, bright as the sun, majestic as the stars in procession?” Song of Solomon 6:10
The moon has no light of its own; it reflects the light of the sun.
The bride of Christ can be compared to the moon.
She beautifully reflects the light of the Son of God.
When one looks at her he should see the beauty of Christ shining in a dark lonely world. Clearly showing the way to God.
I also love to look at another planet it reflects blue and green colors.
It's so fascinating to look at.
Heaven must be an awesome place to be.
They all reflect the light of the sun, without the sun there would only be darkness.
God's Word is the sun of our life.
We are like the dead planets coming to life only through the light.
The light of the Word of God.
That's why we need to read it, meditate on it, practice it so we have life and are able to give life to all who see His light in us.
A friend of mine once told me that she and her loved one who lived in another country would look at the same planet each night, the one with the beautiful blue green colors.
It made them feel near to each other. How romantic!
Let us look at the beautiful light of the Son of God together every day and night.
We will be as one forever!
Lovingly yours in Christ,
Monique
