ALPHA AND OMEGA

On the pad where from the Beginning the End is known
Today is the bridge between Yesterday and Tomorrow

Dancing on the rhythm of Time
One step two steps
leaving infinite seconds and minutes behind

Facing forward into the Future
Tracing backwards into the Past
the Now emerges from what was and from what will be

Nighttime replaces Day
Moon and Sun rehearse their never ending play



I stand and watch in awe
As Sun goes up and Sun goes down

Kissing the Earth with its moistening dew
smoothing away nature’s tears and frowns
singing harmony without a sound

Alpha and Omega
Beginning and the End

Yesterday and Tomorrow
In the middle Now we stand


You hold my hand and I hold Yours
Creator and creation in hortus ambulant

Paradise is in Your eyes
Infinity never ending Time

Racing through and to
what was and what will be
Now we softly flow through Love’s Eternity
