Cool!
This is a modern expression for being calm and peaceful or for something to be wonderful.
Two very cool servants of God have been Elijah and Elisha.
God had done mighty things through them because of the anointing of the Holy Spirit on their lifes.
They had opposed many enemies of God as they told them what God wanted to let them know.
Now the enemies did not think it was cool to hear what God spoke to them and they hated them.
So once, Elisha found himself and his servant Gehazi, surrounded by many enemies, but he just remained 'cool'.
His servant on the other hand was frightened and hysterical. But then Elisha asked God to show Him how they were surrounded by God's angels who outnumbered the enemies.
"Don't be afraid," the prophet answered. "Those who are with us are more than those who are with them."
And Elisha prayed, "O LORD, open his eyes so he may see." Then the LORD opened the servant's eyes, and he looked and saw the hills full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha."
2 kings 6:16-17
It's important to see what God sees, to look at things through His Spirit eyes.
He directs His love
King David fought many great battles but he also remained cool since he saw God always beside Him.
"I saw the Lord always before me.
Because He is at my right hand,
I will not be shaken. Acts 2:25
"By day the LORD directs his love,
at night his song is with me—
a prayer to the God of my life. Psalm 42:8
God directs His love towards us. In other words He commits His love towards us, it's a promise a sure thing.
Did you know that God sings love songs? Yes my dear persons, indeed He does and it melts our hearts like wax as we listen with our spirits to His melody of love.
Our ears might not hear it but our hearts do and it brings joy and love to us.
Are you tuning in to the love waves of God yet? If not you're missing out on the most wonderful experience in heaven and earth.
Let God open your spirit-eyes and, -ears to see and hear the wonder of His love that wants to surround us like the waves of the sea. It's cool!
Blessings and love in Christ.
