Mesmerized

She did what? What did he say? What did she wear?

It's funny when people are mesmerized by everything a person does. Mostly people read the tabloids to satisfy mesmerization for their idol.

When EF Hutton sings, oops, speaks ofcourse the world is mesmerized.

This happened to especially Christ as friend and foe were mesmerized by His Spirit.

Like a magnet they were drawn to Him even while hating Him.
They woke up thinking of Him went to bed wondering about Him and so on.
Could not sleep because of hating Him, mesmerized indeed.

While king David was surrounded by haters his thoughts before bed were about the Lord God for He was standing at his side. And he slept like a rose. And when he woke up God was still by his side.

It's wonderful to be mesmerized by Christ. I learned this awhile ago, so I will never have a sleepness night because of enemies. Maybe only because of hurting for people who are hurting.

We should never make an idol of a person, good or bad. God should be our only God.

But it's an honor when a person has lots of foes, for it's only because Christ resides in that person.

So as the Sauls may come against Christ in us and the giants roar and laugh and defy God, like they came against little David the shepherd and psalmist, we should simply close our eyes and sleep, completely satisfied by the image of Christ in our hearts and standing beside us.

It's the rock that does the fighting not me nor you. Just a little rock a little faith in the Christ who is the rock and the giants come crashing down. No more Sauls, no more giants, peace and rest then?

Ofcourse not, it's peace and rest now already even while the battle is on, for the battle is the Lords.

So while the Sauls bow before us by idolizing us, we must bow for God only.

Saul had an evil spirit that's why he hated God's anointed. But guess what, the bible says that those who hate the righteous will pay for it.

    "Evil shall slay the wicked,
    And those who hate the righteous shall be condemned."(Psalm 34:21)

So I take learning of that and have peace in Christ for the wicked are slain by their own evil.
All in a day's work.

So when EF Hutton sleeps, everyone is sleepless?
