Home sweet home! There's no better place than home.
At home you can be yourself, you don't have to worry about what to wear or what others will say of your behavior. It's your little kingdom and you are free to do with it as you please. I often redecorate it.

The first thing I do when I get home is taking a shower; the water refreshes my mind and body. Then I put on something comfortable and I find myself something delicious to eat.
After that I lie down on the sofa and watch TV for awhile. Home sweet home!

When I'm at someone else's house, I cannot do all these things and after awhile I start feeling uncomfortable, longing to take off my fancy clothes and slip into my comfortable ones at home.

As Christians we are far away from home; and we are living abroad in a tent, which is our natural body. It's like living in someone else's house.
Jesus went away to prepare a home for us and He promised to come back and take us there.

But in the meanwhile we have to make the best of our time abroad. It can get quite uncomfortable in this earthly tent though.
But when it does the bible can shower us with fresh living water from the throne of God our home country.
When we long for a good home cooked meal the bible also gives us delicious bread from God our father.

I heard someone say once that there were going to be some heavenly hippies, wearing short, white garments. The garments represent our righteous deeds but some of us do not take our salvation very seriously and act like sinners. But the garment should really be something very comfortable to wear. Let us be comfortable in doing Gods perfect will.

Jesus is coming soon!!! Be ready to go home! Soon we will be swept away into heaven to our final destination: “Home sweet Home"

You are welcome to visit me there!

Love Monique!
