I read a sad story in the newspaper about a giant man who recently got his first shoes from the mayor of the city.
His feet were so large there wasn't a shoe in the universe to fit them.
He lives outside of the city with his sheep because people make fun of him when he enters the city.
Nobody wants to be his wife also.
I can see him sitting with his sheep at night watching the stars and feeling lonely and hurt.
It just breaks my heart in two. Why do people have to be so mean and unkind to one another just because they are different?
Whatever happened to love and kindness? I am glad that the mayor showed him kindness.
How would you treat such a person? Would you make fun of him or would you be nice?
What would Jesus do? We all know the answer; He would love him.
Sometimes I feel lost and lonely myself as I gaze into the starry sky at night. And I ache for Gods loving arms to hold me and comfort me.
I am so glad I am saved by His grace. I hope this giant can feel the warmth of Gods love also.
I am praying for him.
God can use us to spread His love to the world.
Start with little things like letting someone go before you when you are standing in line in the supermarket.
Pray for people. Call them up. There is so much we can do.
Love is patient and kind
Love is wonderful and powerful!
I can't wait to be with my ultimate love forever; The Lord Jesus Christ. He is the most wonderful person in the whole universe!
He is love!! This world needs Him, I know too many people who are sad and lonely.
Spread His love everyday of the week and it will come back to you exceedingly.
Let us love each other tenderly in Christ!
Love Monique
