The whole world is following the presidential elections of America .
It's a race that sometimes runs gracefully, sometimes it really gets dirty.That's life!

Many people dream of being President of the most powerful country in the world.
Power is something many people lust after. A President also has a lot of privileges.
It's a good thing the voters critically examine the candidates before they vote.
That's why many noble men have become president and have changed the country for the better.

There's another kind of election that I know of; it's one that gives you power over the whole Universe and it lasts forever. The election of Gods people.
People invest millions of dollars into their campaign, just to get elected.
Still it's nothing compared to what the Lord Jesus gave.
He paid the highest price in the world just to get us elected.
He gave His own blood, so we could be seated beside Him on His throne, to rule in His name and power.

 “But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people belonging to God, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light.”
1 Peter 2:9

 “And he will send his angels with a loud trumpet call, and they will gather his elect from the four winds, from one end of the heavens to the other.” Matthew 24:31

 Maybe you forgot all about your own election, this is a nice time to remember it again.
Like a president we have our own national adviser, the Holy Ghost. Our bodyguard is the strongest one in the world; the Holy Ghost once more!
We also have lots and lots of privileges and our private doctor, shrink etc.
Our palace is extraordinary beautiful and our servants the angels are the best.

“ Are not all angels ministering spirits sent to serve those who will inherit salvation?”
Hebrews 1:14

 So hey, start feeling like a prince or princes of light, because the whole world belongs to you.
The creator gave it to you on the day you gave Him your heart!

“All things are yours, whether Paul or Apollos or Cephas or the world or life or death or the present or the future, all are yours, and you are of Christ, and Christ is of God.
1 Corinthians 3:21b-22

 I always knew in my heart, that I belonged to you and that you were meant to be mine forever!
