A song of ascents. Of David.

“How good and pleasant it is when brothers live together in unity!
It is like precious oil poured on the head, running down on the beard, running down on Aaron's beard, down upon the collar of his robes.
It is as if the dew of Hermon were falling on Mount Zion .
For there the LORD bestows his blessing, even life forevermore.”
Psalm 133:1-3

There is a strong bond between brothers and sisters of the same father and mother. They are one in name, their dna looks almost the same.
They can live in harmony with each other.
A brother doesn't see his sister the way that he sees another woman.
He has emotions for her, he loves her but not in the same way as a strange woman.
He's never sexually attracted to her. Even so his sister is never attracted to him also in that way. She adores him and likes to be with him and they are as one emotionally.

Christians are one in Spirit. We are brothers and sisters of the same Father.
There can be a strong bond between a brother and sister in the Spirit.
We however can be sexually attracted to one brother or sister and get married to that person. But we are not supposed to be sexually attracted to other brothers and sisters.

Sometimes it does happen, for we are still living in this earthly tent.
Jesus knows our weaknesses and He will help us if we call upon His name.

It can be marvelous when a brother and a sister are best friends in the Spirit. They can help each other on the road to eternity and experience Gods holy love together!

Let's bless each other with Gods holy love and let us be one in His Spirit!

Forever yours, Monique
