Friends at Christmas

This is the title of my new song. You guessed it, it's a Christmas song!
And guess what; it's finished tomorrow, so dear friends and family you will get it this week. I'll try to place it in the audio section of my website for all of my website friends and family in Christ.
So I kept my promise to all of you. It's finished before Christmas!

We often forget how lucky we are to have wonderful friends.
Christmas is a time to meet each other again in a special way.

A good friend is someone who understands you, who can feel your pain and share your joy. Sometimes you don't have to say a word to each other just being together is so comforting.
Friendship between two men or two women is less emotional than friendship between a man and woman.
It feels like a brother and sister relationship; sometimes it becomes stronger than that.

Christ calls us His friends: “My command is this: Love each other as I have loved you. Greater love has no one than this, that he lay down his life for his friends. You are my friends if you do what I command.
I no longer call you servants, because a servant does not know his master's business. Instead, I have called you friends, for everything that I learned from my Father I have made known to you.
You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you to go and bear fruit–fruit that will last. Then the Father will give you whatever you ask in my name. This is my command: Love each other.” John 15:12/17

He gave His life just to save us and make us His friends and family.
When I am alone with Him, He puts His heavenly arms around me and I feel so safe and warm. I hope you will feel His arms around you, this Christmas. Look into His eyes, they speak words of love.
He will look deep into your eyes also and He will be swept away by your love for Him.

Look into my eyes, they will tell you that I love you! I'll be your friend for all times!
You can cry on my shoulder. I will hold you and comfort you, dry your tears and lead you into a new tomorrow! Will you do the same for me?

Forever yours, Monique
