I saw Billy Graham on the Larry King show, he was being interviewed.
He said that he didn't know why God had called him to be an evangelist.
He was just a farm boy.

It made me think of King David, he was just a farm boy too, looking after the sheep of his father. He did it diligently, and protected the sheep from all harm.
God saw the love in his heart and knew that he would be the right person to look after Israel.

God calls you and me also, to look after his sheep and to save the ones who are lost in the wilderness. He loves us so tenderly and wants us to enjoy His sweet love.

Offer Him your heart and abilities; practice whatever skills He gave you, just like David practiced his musical and fighting skills out there alone in the wilderness.

One day He will call you to use your skills to glorify His name and to lead His flock into heaven.
