“And who knows but that you have come to royal position for such a time as this?” Esther 4:14

“But I trust in you, O LORD; I say, "You are my God." My times are in your hands” Psalm 31:14-15a

Our times are in God’s hand, He knows the way he has prepared for us and He wants to guide us.

I love the story of Queen Esther, I guess every woman loves it.
It’s like a fairytale with a happy ending. Esther was just a young girl, but God had prepared her for an important task; saving a whole nation.

If someone would come up to you and tell you that one day you’re going to save the nation, you would probably laugh at the mere thought of it. That’s why God often doesn’t tell us exactly what lies ahead of us, He just tenderly guides us.

It’s very important though to keep your eyes on Him for the road can be rough at times.

Sometimes my life seems like a merry go round, just spinning around the whole time and I’m never arriving at the door of my destiny. At least that’s the impression I get. But I know that God is working behind the scenes.

Ester must have thought that her world was coming to an end when she was forced into the Kings Palace. She might have thought that she wouldn’t stand a chance to be the Kings choice. There were so many beautiful women to choose from, besides she was a stranger. But God had chosen her for that moment in time, to save her people.

God has chosen you for a certain moment in time to fulfill your God given destiny.
Nobody can do it like you can. But you have to be willing to go though the preparation time. Esther had to be treated with all kinds of oils and beauty treatments to prepare her for that special moment in time. Oils soften the body and the treatments were meant to make her even more beautiful.

The Holy Spirit is the softening oil of God Who makes our hearts tender and loving like the heart of Christ. And He transforms us into a beautiful bride, so we can enjoy that eternal moment with Christ.

You were prepared for a time like this. We need to save all the nations of the earth with the eternal message of Christ. We need to put on our royal garments, the fruits and gifts of the holy Spirit, and courageously proclaim salvation.

There will not be another time for you and I, we were prepared for a time like this.
The world is coming to an end and we need to act now. So surrender yourself to the will of God, let Him fill you up and lead you to your destiny.
