“That is why, for Christ's sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong.”
2 Corinthians 12:10

Most of us wonder how someone can actually delight in times of trouble.
And how can someone be strong while He’s weak?

It’s true that God can turn your world upside down. His ways are truly different, higher than ours. Why are His ways so contrary to ours?

The answer is simple; He is God. He’s not human. He’s supernatural. He can make something out of nothing. He never worries about anything for nothing is impossible to Him. He can fix everything. He turns your darkest night into a bright sunshiny day.

He comes to our rescue in times of need.

“But he said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ's power may rest on me.” 2 Corinthians 12:9

His power, His Spirit hovered over the waters in the beginning of creation and He created everything your eyes can see. This same Spirit was sent to us on the day of Pentecost and He wants to overshadow us with His power to create a brand new world for us.

“Now the earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters. And God said, Let there be light, and there was light. ” Genesis 1:2-3

That’s why Paul gets excited when darkness covers his life, because the Holy Spirit will remove the darkness and create wonderful things for him.

How beautiful it will be when we enter the realms of heaven. We’ll see things that we could never even imagine as a human being. We’ll be happy like children when they open their Christmas presents.

Do you want a little heaven here on earth? Invite the Holy Spirit into your life. You won’t regret it.

Love supernaturally,

Monique
