Imagine yourself building the Eiffel tower in just one week. Quite impossible to do. Then imagine God building the whole universe in just one week. Amazing!!
He just spoke the Word and everything came into existence. The Holy Trinity was at work in unity. It was the will of the Father that the universe would be created. The Word of God was spoken and The Holy Spirit brought it into existence. (Genesis 1)
The apostle John explains to us the importance of the Word of God.
"In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning.
Through Him all things were made; without Him nothing was made that has been made. In Him was life, and that life was the light of men. The light shines in the darkness, but the darkness has not understood it."
(John 1:1-5)
God has given us His Word. The bible is the Word of God. We are one with Christ through His blood. He is the Word of God. The Holy Spirit indwells us and the Father also comes to live in us when we love Christ. This means the Holy Trinity resides in us. The same Trinity that created the world in seven days. Imagine what He can do through us. That's why Jesus said that nothing is impossible if we would just dare to believe.
So dare to believe this week and for the rest of your life that you will overcome everything that comes your way and that God will provide in all your needs according to His riches in Jesus Christ.
Speak the promises of His word out loud. Believe them with your heart. His Word is alive and miraculous. It will start to call your future into existence if you dare to believe in Gods almighty power.
" No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord." (Romans 8:37-39)
"And my God will meet all your needs according to his glorious riches in Christ Jesus."
(Phillipians 4:19)
" Surely He took up our infirmities and carried our sorrows, yet we considered Him stricken by God, smitten by Him, and afflicted.
But He was pierced for our transgressions, He was crushed for our iniquities;
the punishment that brought us peace was upon Him, and by His wounds we are healed."
(Isaiah 53:4-5)
God bless your week!
Love, Monique
