GOING DIZZY?
They twirl and twist in midair as they perform the dance of love.
Coming down, their skates touch the ground and they slide away in perfect harmony as the light enhances the wonder of skill and talent invested in their created being.
The little boat rises and falls as the sea turbulently splashes its waves higher and higher.
Yet it fiercely rides the waves as it lets down the anchor until the rage dissolves in the calming of the tides.
"We have this hope as an anchor for the soul, firm and secure." Hebrews 6:19
There's no need for us to go dizzy when the world twists and turns its problems like the waves of the sea or like a dance seemingly out of control of gravity.
Twirling without going dizzy requires our eyes to focus on one center point and forgetting about the rest.
Everything else becomes hazy as we twirl the dance of our lives and only focus on the heart of Christ, seeing everything through His point of view.
When dancers don't focus on a center point they fall.
Our hearts should be anchored in the Heart of Christ that is filled with everlasting love for us.
As the world turns
These are the days of our life as the bold and the beautiful are ready to plunge the world into
World War 3.
Soap opera-like intrigues unfold day by day as allied partners part in treacherous conceit.
High security secrets on weaponry are disclosed to the enemy by once faithful allies.
Treacherous agreements are signed to nullify the attack on the enemy.
With 'friends' like that who needs an enemy.
Still, as we all open our eyes and look for the Center of Hope an Faithfulness we find the dearest Friend for life and an ally who won't let you down.
He signed His promises in His blood and has sworn never to leave us nor forsake us.
His Word remains the only Anchor that will endure all twirls and twists of any weather or rhythm of life's dance.
So twirl with the wind, sail the seven seas, you will arrive at the haven of your desire, His promises will come true.
