I remember seeing this funny episode of Bugs Bunny. The scientists had managed to get him to the moon and the world was ecstatic as they awaited his greetings and discoveries from the Moon.
So they signaled him from earth: "Earth to Bugs Bunny, do you receive us?" Their faces all beaming up with great expectations.
In the mean while hanging from the moon that seemed to be like a sickle, Bugsy was holding on for dear life.
His voice all squeaky and trembling cried out: " Bugs Bunny to 'oith' :"GET ME OUT OF HERE"!!!!
But little did Bugsy know that considering the latest developments in the world today, he would be far better off on the moon than on 'oith'.
Frogs in reverse
Millions of frogs have been flooding Greece, it seems the frightened little things were running for dear life.
Looking up to the sky they probably longed to be on the moon with Bugsy and are crying out in reverse: "Get me out of here".
Due to the same pattern of frogs fleeing in China and Italy just before a great earthquake struck the places, people expect the same to happen to Greece.
There have already been several smaller quakes in Greece recently but the big one may be at hand.
So who told the frogs to run for dear life?
Some may say their instinct, which is true of course but it is God who gave it to them and who leads them to safety since He is their Creator.
Also His aim is to give us signs of nature to communicate certain things to us, like "Hey there's an earthquake coming".
Frogs understand God, can you?
Oil unstoppably keeps flowing in rapid speed through the gulf coast and unusual hurricanes dress up for a one time dressrehearsal to spread it around even more.
Almost every day there's a volcanic eruption or an earthquake somewhere on our beloved earth and nuclear war seems at hand.
If frogs get the message can you?
Some do, but many don't, just like in the days of Noah when God was preparing the world for His wrath.
They had a fun time with Noah's boat building and warnings to them to repent, but when the flood came, it was crying time.
Recently remains of the Ark have been discovered and how tragic that it's remains are in a world where people have again fallen away into sin, and God once more will send His wrath to earth but this time it will be fire ( nuclear war) not only floods of water.
Now why would God do such a thing? It's because He is love and hates sin, not people but their sins for He is holy.
Sin has reached its climax just like in the days of Noah and the destruction of Sodom and Gomorra.
"The LORD saw how great man's wickedness on the earth had become, and that every inclination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil all the time.
The LORD was grieved that he had made man on the earth, and his heart was filled with pain.
So the LORD said, "I will wipe mankind, whom I have created, from the face of the earth—men and animals, and creatures that move along the ground, and birds of the air—for I am grieved that I have made them."
But Noah found favor in the eyes of the LORD." (Genesis 6:5-8)
Only 8 people understood what God was telling them and were saved.
Again only a few will be saved from the coming wrath of God.
"First of all, you must understand that in the last days scoffers will come, scoffing and following their own evil desires.
They will say, "Where is this 'coming' he promised? Ever since our fathers died, everything goes on as it has since the beginning of creation."
But they deliberately forget that long ago by God's word the heavens existed and the earth was formed out of water and by water.
By these waters also the world of that time was deluged and destroyed.
By the same word the present heavens and earth are reserved for fire, being kept for the day of judgment and destruction of ungodly men. (2 Peter 3:3-7)
Open your eyes, mind and heart for what God is speaking to you through nature, if frogs can understand His message all of us certainly can.
Blessings and love in Christ,
Monique
