THE LOVE OF CHRIST

Oh lord Your Love reaches from the sky and touches me deep within
The senses of my Spirit come alive with Yours to be one free from sin

Reaching to a world asleep in pleasure
who numb their conscious with senseless treasure


They nourish desires with disregard to those
who suffer because of the indulgent wishes from a different coast


Will the senseless awaken to feed the hunger deep inside
The craving from their spirit to finally acknowledge what is right

Will forever in morbidity their compassionate Godly descend sustain
to forever in human mortality of foolishness remain

Oh God Your Love reaches from the sky longing to touch the world asleep in pride
saving morality in mankind restoring knowledge of what is wrong and right


I have opened my heart and feel Your senses
Rushing towards mine creating this Love Divine
to equally be loving all as Your unequaled Heart loves all for all of time
